Some Common Questions

No. You can just check out as a guest with a debit card, credit card or PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can use the quick PayPal express button on the cart page.

All our post is through the royal mail, with the standard free shipping option through the royal mail 24 service, this is a 1st class tracked service.

We also have signed for and next day guaranteed before 1pm for an additional cost, both are tracked services.

We usually dispatch the next working day and always send 1st class, but there is the option for next day delivery

We do accept some returns on a case by case basis. If you order is incorrect we will replace it with a correct item. All our products are personalised so we cannot re-sell the item.

We have PayPal or you can use a debt card, visa, master card, american express payment provided by Stripe. No card information is stored on this server.
